Perfect what is there not to like
Perfect what is there not to like, the website is easy to understand and the prices are reasonable too. I order live food for our leopard gecko and they have always arrived within a few days of ordering and alive and kicking. Will be using Internet reptile for all my gecko needs in the future.

My strip light was in stock. Easy ordering. Well packaged and arrived in time. My previous supplier let me down badly. So glad my daughter recommend Internet Reptiles. Very impressed.

I didn't receive the correct item
I didn't receive the correct item, over 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for the right item to be sent. I have given up now and won't be purchasing anything from them in future.

terrible service and customer service
still waiting for my delivery, they were supposed to come on friday and it's now tuesday. the latest 2 batches of life food were dead. i complained and called a few times and no reply. please cancel any upcoming order and refund for the stoxk.thanks

Selected non Royal mail delivery option due to current strikes but was sent via Royal mail anyway but it still arrived in time but after having the crickets for around 3 days half of them died they normally last for weeks not my usual experience.
Becoming a bit poor
Communication is alright but no accountability is taken for any issues ‘can’t help that’ attitude is all you get. Quality of livefoods have began to go downhill a bit. Orders not being sent until 2-4 days later even when making sure to use different companies due to Royal Mail strike action. Been a decline in the last 5/6 months overall

Conned ! Ordered lighting kit as detailed on description and per pro picture on listing. Only received bulb. Told by your rep would send out "kit" by DPD for next day delivery and then later in day told you were reneging on your promise. Will be contacting trading standards, adverting standards and placing reviews on review web site detailing how you con people !!

Good product, bad service
I liked the products that turned up. What I didn’t like was the fact that I was missing an item, and that when I requested it get sent out to me, I was given a refund and told there was nothing they could do now it had been processed, meaning I’d have to order the £2.99 item I wanted but pay £3.99 for a new delivery when it wasn’t my mistake.

First class customer service
I ordered a lighting set up for a tortoise. Items arrived quickly. Two items were faulty but company was quick to respond to my email and arrange for the return and replacement of items. First class service and contact from the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Internet Reptile again in future. They were also the cheapest in comparison to other retailers for the Arcadia products I purchased.

Shopping with Internet Reptile was painless, and I would choose this site to buy my reptile supplies every single time. Shipping was fast and the courier (DPD) were mindful of my fragile products absolutely no issues whatsoever, very happy.

I bought a Habistat Digital Thermostat and it didn't work. I mistakenly threw the box away but Internet Reptile were accepting of this and replaced it so I'm thankful for their help

Part of my order was missing
Part of my order was missing, no communication from internet reptile. I Messaged to ask if it was delayed. Received a refund a few days later no explanation or response to email. Would have preferred the product I ordered in the first place.
